| ARA receives $.8 mil USD in venture capital from Samsung SDS. |

Seoul, Korea - April 9, 2002
Samsung SDS, the largest Korean System Integrator, has decided to invest US0 on a promising ITM venture company, ARA Networks.
The investment will initiate cooperative ITM consulting activities between ARA Networks and Samsung SDS.
Samsung SDS now holds 10% of ARA Networks.
