| ARA enters China, major ISP selects JAGUAR 2000 for its web cache solution. |

ARA Network Technologies is poised to enter the overseas market full-scale in 2001. The exchanged MOU(Memorandum of Understanding) in regards to mutual cooperation with China's ISP business with Interlution (CEO: WS Jeon / www.interlution.co.kr) that supplies products to China's Internet Service Providers (ISP) market.
ARA Network Technologies, being a strategic partner of Interlution, is poised to form cooperative system to strategically promote China ISP business successfully and is to provide total solution and services such as JAGUAR2000 cache server, network caching, load balancing products and ITM (Internet Traffic Management) consulting. Interlution has assigned a top-priority to ARA Network Technologies in negotiations to acquire ITM-related products up to 2005. For the first shipment, a total of approximately 60 cache servers are to be supplied to about 30 Chinese ISP companies in the 1st quarter.
This shipment has is greatly significant since it is the first export of overseas cache solution market by a domestic company. ARA Network Technologies is to enter US market through its San Jose office; additionally, it will soon be ready to enter the Japanes
