| ARA & Samsung Electronics create partnership to enter cache solution market. |

Seoul, Korea - June 7, 2000
Samsung Electronics (Pres. Yoon, JongYong) and ARA Network Technologies (Pres. Lee, Jae-Hyuk) are joining hands to aggressively enter caching solution market.
These two companies signed a contract for strategic alliance in caching application business and With 'JAGUAR2000', ARA's cache software, loaded into Samsung PC server, 'Smart Server Farm', the two companies are to enter caching solution business that are currently held by foreign-made products.
