Jong Lee has over 10 years of sales & marketing experience at major network solution companies. He possesses an excellent grasp of the ITM market and understands customers needs. He received his Bachelors degree in computer science from Soongsil Univ.

Paul Choi
Global Chief Technical Officer
Paul Choi has over 20 yeas of engineering and system design experience at Korea and US both. Most of hist experience was focused on IT area, startup company, and large organized company. Prior to joining ARA networks, he was the co-founder on SEROME technology and he succeeded deploying Dialpad service on Korea, US as CTO. He also has worked for multiple startup companies, Opinity, Spotplex, Insiderscoop as CTO or co-founder. He received hist Master degree in computer science from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

James Perfetti

James Perfetti has over 15 years of professional experience working across marketing, business development, operations and product management functions. Prior to joining ARA Networks, he has worked for leading global management consulting firms, a publicly traded eCommerce company as well as co-founding and running his own equipment distribution company. He received a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and is a licensed CPA.

Chul-Woong Yang, Ph.D.
Head of R&D Division
Chul-Woong Yang with Woo-Suk Yang developed the NMP platform the base for ARA solution products. His unrelenting work ethic, technical expertise and reputation in ITM technology has been a driving force for our R&D team. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from KAIST in 2009.

Chief Technical Officer
Woo-Suk Yang is the lead developer of our innovative network monitoring platform (NMP) series solution products, (P2P Traffic Monitor & Traffic Sentinel). He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from KAIST in 2006.

Won Bong Cho has over 15 years of experience working in the R&D division of Samsung Electronics co. and the venture capital companies of MIRAE Asset and HOSEO. He received his Masters degree in computer science from Korea University.
